All ticket purchases made on Festiv Tickets or its event marketplace FestivNet.com are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated by the specific event organizer. Each ticket is subject to a non-refundable service fee, which varies based on the ticket price and quantity.
By purchasing a ticket through our platform, you agree that:
● All sales are final.
● Festiv Tickets and FestivNet act as facilitators of ticket sales and are not liable for changes, delays, or cancellations by event organizers.
● Refunds, if applicable, are solely at the discretion of the event organizer and must be requested directly through them.
● Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

● When you have active ticket orders associated with upcoming or ongoing events
● While an event is in progress, to ensure access, security, and integrity of order-related data
Once all events have concluded and related transactions are completed, deletion requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our data retention and security policies.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
